Team Design

Team session to identify team strengths, role gaps and hidden dynamics and fit beyond resume and skills.

This unique diagnostic reveals talent needs and strategies to identify the right next hire fit, build highly-compatible teams or optimize current team dynamics.

Org Design

A stage-awareness map that clearly identifies execution and structure bottlenecks, current people structure and what is needed to get to the next stage in business.

Team Chemistry can be delivered as a team workshop experience during 2hr, half-day or full day strategy session. It can also be presented to the leader as a team diagnostic session.

Why Human Design

What is Team Chemistry based on? It is powered by the Human Design and Gene Keys, systems that utilize birth information to reveal powerful insights into how each individual is uniquely wired to thrive.

What is Human Design? Also called the science of differentiation, it is a blend of ancient systems and modern science. It is a unique and comprehensive personality system that gives holistic insights into how individuals thrive in their life, career, team dynamics. Team Chemistry is focused on providing practical and actionable insights in business context.

Why we use Human Design? 3 biggest reasons why our work is rooted in Human Design: - Personalization: Also called the Science of differentiation, this system accounts for uniqueness each individual brings into the workplace and team dynamics. - Non-biased: Not dependent on the self assessment and the influence of external factors on individual's traits. - Future potential: Provides insights into natural talents and innate characteristics, revealing future potential beyond resume and past experiences.

How is Human Design different from other personality tests? Unlike other personality tests, this system eliminates self-assessment bias and influence of the environment on the current results. It is a reflection of your highest potential and explains not just who you are, but how you best work as individual, in partnerships and within the team.

What if I don't know exact time of birth, will it affect my results? Depending on the time frame within which you were born, the results of your main attributes might not vary. However, for the details about your well-being attributes (environment, nutrition style, motivation etc.) you need to know exact time as this data varies by minutes. In order to check, there are several different options you can try. If you know the time frame within which you were born, test the results with different times and confirm if the main attributes change (type, roles, genius zone). If you are not sure about the time of the day, enter 3 different times within the day and check if results change. Go with the ones you feel the most resonant with. If you live in the US or the state that provides birth time details on your birth certificate, you can order your long form birth certificate and get the accurate data. If you are not able to obtain the exact time of your birth, you can consult with specialist who will be able to do the rectification of your birth time.
