I’m the founder of Career Alchemist© and the creator of Team Chemistry™, a people and leadership operating system for scaling companies that aligns founder design, team dynamics, and business execution. My work sits at the intersection of leadership, organizational design, and the future of work, where human-centered intelligence meets business strategy.

My founder story is shaped by contrast. After a decade in public accounting across Europe and New York, I saw firsthand how traditional performance and people systems reward the wrong behaviors, exhaust high performers, and fail as companies scale. Team Chemistry™ was built as an alternative, designed around how humans actually think, decide, and contribute at work.

Today, I’m building a platform for companies that want growth without misalignment, execution without burnout, and culture that strengthens instead of breaks as system scales.

I’m also an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University, where I teach core business disciplines and entrepreneurship. Apart from many professional hats I wear, the role I'm most proud of is a mom to my daughter, who is my motivation to fulfill my mission through the work I do: create next generation of empowered leaders by designing systems that nurture their innate potential.
