The Leader Manifesto workshop helps leaders articulate their unique working style and contribution model, turning implicit expectations into a clear, practical guide for collaboration. This session distills key elements of the Aligned Leader Method into a focused half-day or full-day experience. Speaker Bio

Tijana Buric is the founder of Career Alchemist and a keynote speaker redefining careers, leadership, and organizations for the next era of work. Her work explores how outdated, linear models of work are being challenged by non-linear careers, AI, and increasing complexity and why redesigning systems around human intelligence is now essential.

​

With a background spanning Europe and New York, including a decade in highly structured corporate environments, Tijana bridges rigor and vision to help leaders move beyond job titles and performance metrics toward contribution, alignment, and team chemistry. 

​

Drawing on systems thinking and human-centered diagnostics, her approach reframes performance, team structure, and culture as natural outcomes of how work is architected, by shifting the focus from fixing people to redesigning systems.

​

She teaches core business disciplines and entrepreneurship as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University, bringing her mission to create next generation of empowered leaders by designing systems that nurture their innate potential.
