Tijana Buric is a founder, executive coach and Human Design strategist, bringing the innovative approach to the way we build careers, businesses and teams, at the intersection of timeless wisdom, science and technology. After a decade-long career as a CPA working in public accounting, in both Europe and NYC, she founded Career Alchemist®, a coaching and consulting company where she combines her diverse interests in entrepreneurship, personal development, and applied philosophy.
She is a host of Career Alchemist® podcast, in which she interviews entrepreneurs and professionals who have successfully created their non-linear careers while sharing lessons learned along her journey through the lens of Human Design.
Graduate of Fordham Gabelli Business School, she also holds a certificate in image consulting from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT). She lives in New York with her husband and daughter, who is her inspiration for paving the path for young generations to courageously take ownership of their careers while shaping the scene for empowered leaders of the future.
